Big and Bold – Gate Size Details
This gate is made for wide entrances. It is 21 feet wide and 6 feet tall, making it perfect for villas, bungalows, or large commercial properties. The size helps cover big spaces and gives a premium look.
Modern Vertical Blade Design
The design is clean and modern. We use a Vertical Blade Design that gives the gate a bold and neat look.
The main frame is made from 2×2 inch hollow rectangular pipes (MS – mild steel), which are strong and long-lasting.
Inside the gate, we use custom-made MS pipes for the blade design.
A 3mm thick MS sheet is used from the start of the gate and again in the center part to make the design stand out and look premium.
Wicket Gate – Wide and Stylish
This gate also includes a wicket gate (a small gate within the big gate). Normally, wicket gates are smaller, but for this villa project, we made it 9 feet wide and 6 feet tall to match the grand entrance. It looks beautiful and makes entry easy.
We also designed a special overlap system, which keeps both sliding gates strong and well-aligned.
High-Quality Gate Parts and Accessories
To make sure the gate works smoothly and lasts long, we use top-quality parts:
Stainless steel O-profile track at the bottom for strong and rust-free movement
98mm sliding wheels with double bearings for easy and smooth sliding
A horizontal guide channel supports the gate and keeps it straight as it moves
Instead of using normal brackets with Teflon rollers, we added a strong metal bracket at the top. Inside this bracket, there are guiding wheels that help the gate move straight and prevent it from tilting or falling outward.
Gate Automation – Easy to Use Motor
For automatic operation, we suggest using a Brushless sliding gate motor made in Italy. It’s reliable, silent, and very smooth. You can open and close the gate with a remote or app, making it super easy to use every day.
Stylish Grey Rugged Paint Finish
The gate is painted with a Grey Deco color and finished with a rugged texture. This color looks modern and also hides dust and scratches well. It gives the gate a strong and stylish appearance that matches modern home designs.
