Frame Structure:
Our foundation is a sturdy 4×2 inch rectangular hollow pipe, ensuring durability and strength. The gate is strategically divided into four sections, both vertically and horizontally, creating a visually appealing layout.
Sectional Design:
In the first vertical section, we’ve used 2×2 inch Square Hollow pipe with a 1-inch gap, offering a modern and open feel. The second section introduces a touch of finesse with 1-inch round hollow pipe, maintaining the vertical format. For the third section, we opted for a horizontal layout using 2×2 Hollow square pipe, adding variation to the design. The fourth section echoes the first, creating a balanced and harmonious aesthetic. To enhance stability and accommodate automation, we’ve incorporated a 2-feet overlap.
Hardware Selection:
Attention to detail extends to the gate’s operational components. Italian-made ready-made bottom tracks, paired with high-quality double-bearing gate wheels, ensure a smooth and reliable gate movement. Gate endcaps with rubber support, strategically placed at the starting and ending points, not only enhance the gate’s overall durability but also provide a polished finishing touch.
Color Scheme:
The entire gate is coated in a sleek metallic black finish, imparting a contemporary and timeless look that complements various architectural styles.
Wicket Gate:
To complement the main gate, we’ve designed a matching wicket gate. The frame mirrors the main gate’s 4×2 inch structure, and the inner filling consists of 2×2 inch horizontal pipes. For enhanced security, a smart lock has been seamlessly integrated into the wicket gate design.
Automation and Safety Features of house Sliding Gate Design:
For automation, we’ve installed an 800 kg DC Sliding gate operator, coupled with a galvanized gear rack. Safety is paramount, and we’ve integrated a safety sensor as part of the gate automation kit, providing an additional layer of protection.
