The gate’s dimensions are impressive, spanning 22 feet in width and standing tall at 8 feet. To enhance stability, a 3 feet overlap is incorporated into the design, providing not only strength but also a touch of architectural finesse.
Inner Filling: Blending Form with Function
Our commitment to form and function is evident in the inner filling of the gate. A combination of 2×1 and 5×1 inch hollow rectangular pipes is strategically arranged. The front-facing side features the sleek 2×1 inch pipes, ensuring a visually appealing facade. Meanwhile, the backside showcases the robust 5×1 inch pipes, spaced one inch apart in a vertical arrangement, adding both strength and a touch of modernity. The design is further enriched with 12-inch horizontal 3mm metal sheets, both at the top and forming the second row, as showcased in the accompanying gate image.
