GATE DESCRIPTION
Our latest creation – an exquisite folding gate designs that seamlessly blends functionality with aesthetic appeal. Let’s dive into the details of this remarkable gate that is sure to make a statement at any entrance.
Dimensions and Structure:
The gate boasts a total width of 17 feet and a height of 7 feet, making it a grand and imposing feature. To enhance its visual appeal and practicality, we’ve divided the gate into eight leaves. Each leaf measures 26 inches in width, while the support leaf impressively spans 58 inches.
For the gate frame, we opted for a robust structure using 3×1.5 inch hollow rectangular pipes, complemented by inner filling with 2×1.5 inch pipes. This ensures durability and stability for years to come.
Front Slate Designs:
The gate’s front slate showcases intricate design details. We utilized 2 mm metal sheets, skillfully bent in a C shape to resemble vertical wooden panels. Closing the upper and bottom spaces of this C shape creates a visually appealing pattern. Each panel is uniform in size, maintaining a neat appearance with a 0.5-inch spacing between them.
To enhance its aesthetic allure, the gate is adorned in a natural light brown color, exuding elegance and warmth. This color choice harmonizes effortlessly with the surrounding architecture and landscape.
Wicket Gate and Accessories:
The wicket gate follows the same captivating design as the main folding gate, ensuring a cohesive and unified look. Notably, we’ve incorporated a digital lock into the wicket gate, providing an extra layer of security.
In terms of accessories, we’ve opted for a readymade O-profile bottom track or guide, guaranteeing smooth and precise movement. For noiseless operation, we’ve integrated high-quality 360 rotating wheels, ensuring a seamless experience for users. The folding gate boasts a 500mm radius, with specialized gate hinges enhancing both performance and aesthetics.
Gate Automation:
For added convenience and security, our gate is equipped with advanced automation features:
- Galvanized Gear Rack Welded at the Bottom
- High-Quality DC Power 800kg Capacity Gate Operator
The backside of the gate reveals a gear rack for automation, highlighting our commitment to modern technology. We’ve incorporated a DC power Sliding Gate Operator with an 800kg capacity, accompanied by a safety sensor for added security.
