In our pursuit of excellence, we present a main gate design that seamlessly blends durability with aesthetics. Join us as we explore the meticulous details that bring forth both security and elegance to your home.
The Foundation: Sturdy and Elegant
Starting with the main frame, as is our norm, we opted for 3 x 1.5 inch galvanized rectangular pipes for durability and strength. Inner support comes from 1.5 x 1.5 inch pipes, creating a robust foundation. The gate is fully enveloped in a 2mm metal sheet for HPL Sheet Cladding, providing both security and a sleek aesthetic.
Aesthetic Marvel: HPL Sheet Cladding
To enhance the visual appeal, we employed a 6mm High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) sheet with a 6mm groove. Randomly sized rectangular HPL sheets were strategically placed, creating an eye-catching pattern that adds a touch of sophistication to the gate design. The HPL sheets were meticulously clad onto the metal using self-adhesive for a seamless finish.
Smooth Operation: Innovative Gate Hardware
For flawless functionality, we integrated o Profile double-bearing gate wheels and an o Profile ready-made track, steering away from the traditional V-shaped angle. Our experience has taught us that V-shaped angles can compromise smooth and silent operation. Additionally, an end cap was added at the gate’s start, and Teflon rollers were included for extra support.
Wicket Gate: A Harmonious Design Continuation
Extending the same House main gate design principles to the wicket gate, we adorned it with HPL cladding, creating a seamless visual continuity. But we didn’t stop there—security meets elegance with a fingerprint digital lock and a video door phone, ensuring that every entry is both secure and stylish.
